Adult Diaper Hub will accept returns on any unopened product that is returned within 30 days from the receipt of the product.  The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  There is not a restocking fee.  In order to return a product, the customer should contact shipping@adultdiaperhub.com in order to obtain a return authorization code.  We are not able to refund products returned without a return authorization code.

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipment or is defective, please contact our office within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.  We will issue you a return authorization code and have a replacement product sent to you.

Shipping Policy

Adult Diaper Hub free shipping policy does not apply to shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska.

All orders placed before 3:00 PM eastern time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day.  Orders received after this cut off time will be shipped the following business day.
